Questa volta la tavoletta dorata egizia del Faraone Ahkmenrah inizia a corrodersi, portando a unirsi in un'azione internazionale al British Museum di Londra Larry Daley (Ben Stiller), il Faraone Ahkmenrah (Rami Malek), Teddy Roosevelt (il compianto Robin Williams), Attila L'unno (Patrick Gallagher), Sacajawea (Mizuo Peck), il centurione romano Ottavio (Steve Coogan) e Jedediah (Owen Wilson) che dovranno fare squadra per salvare la situazione. Il film vede anche la partecipazione straordinaria di Revel Wilson e Dan Stevens, nel ruolo di Lancillotto.
